Our alternative to "Day of Coordination" and "Month of Coordination", Event Management is built for the couple who can handle booking their vendors and designing their day, but wants to know that they are in good, safe hands on their wedding day.
The event management package begins with a "get-to-know-you" meeting where we talk about the details, make your timeline, and have you take our budget quiz. Then, you plan your wedding, with access to our wedding planning management software and unlimited emails and phone calls with Meg. Three months out, we come back in, ready to execute the plans you have put into place.

The Wedding Assist is the package perfect for the couple who wants a planner for the basics, but can find vendors on their own, and they already have someone for the wedding day. With this package, you will work with our team over the course of 8 weeks, meeting every two weeks.
Week 1: We meet to talk all about your vision and define your wedding day goals, wants, and must haves.
Week 2: We will on-board you onto our wedding planning management software for use through your wedding planning process.
Week 3: We will create your wedding budget and track any payments and invoices in our online software.
Week 4: We will create a curated wedding planning checklist to fit your needs and how much time you have to plan.
Week 5: We will release the Happy to Be Events Recommended Vendor List.
Week 6: We will draft the wedding day details and timeline.
Week 7: We will work with the you to design your wedding day through vision boards and one design consultation.

7 weeks before your wedding: Then you wrap up conversation with your vendors, and we reach out to your vendors to ask relevant questions while looping in your wedding day helper.
6 weeks before your wedding: After that, we send you off to your wedding day walk-through and with your venue manager, your wedding day helper, your florist and your caterer.
4 weeks before your wedding: You provide decor instructions for everything you are bringing in, and we gather feedback from your vendors.
3 weeks before your wedding: You review the feedback and questions from your vendor while we finalize the timeline and details that your wedding day helper will need for the day.
2 weeks before your wedding: We hand off all the details to your wedding day helper and give them the best tools to lead your wedding day.
