After we meet, we begin to search for your venue. We will select a variety of venues to pick from that fit within your availability, style, and budget. You will look through those venues and pick your favorite, then we will set up tours to accompany you to see the spaces. 

After we have seen a few venues, we will work with you to narrow down your best options and pick your favorite. Then we will guide you through the process of booking and securing your venue and work behind the scenes to negotiate and secure the details with the venue.

After we have booked the venue, we upload the contract and payment information into our online software, where you can view it and be reminded when payments are due.

Once the venue is all booked, we work through your vendors one at a time to find and select the best vendors for your wedding day. We will choose our top three vendors for you in each category - based on your style, budget, and their availability, and then you will pick your favorite of the three. Then, you meet with the vendors, one by one, until you pick your very favorite.
As we work through your vendors, we will make sure that you and your vendors maintain a personal relationship, but we will also hold your hand where you need it - attending design meetings, tastings, taking notes so that you can plan your wedding without dealing with keeping track of all the things.
After we have booked a vendor, we upload the contract and payment information into our online software, where you can view it and be reminded when payments are due.

Every month, we will send out a recap email, letting you know what was accomplished each step of the way, and what is left to do. We will make sure you are completing all the things we can't do - like asking your wedding party and writing your vows.

We will update the timeline as we go, going over all details one by one, adding layer after layer of details so that over time we will build a cohesive day that showcases the two of you.

Two months out, we will begin to finalize all details, mail the invitations, lead a walk-through at your venue, reach out to vendors with final questions, and create a wedding day guide with the timeline, details, floor-plan, and everything we need to know for your wedding day.

The day before your wedding, we will lead your rehearsal, showing you, your wedding party, and your family where to be, how to walk, and what to do. We will work in tandem with your officiant to guide everyone through the ceremony and answer any questions you and your crew have.
On the wedding day, we will be fully prepped and read to go, with our guide and emergency kit in hand. We will check in vendors and handle the set up of your detail items like place cards and table numbers, keep track of the timeline, pre-set photos for your photographer, and make sure you are where you need to be when you need to be.
As the wedding comes to a close, we will guide the breakdown of your wedding, organizing your items so your family has an easy load out at the end of the night, making sure you looked like the perfect host...without all of the hard work.
